Barista
A Barista warmly welcomes customers, creates and serves hot or cold beverages, often tailored to the customer’s preferences. They are responsible for taking customer orders and payments.
Cashier
A cashier provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. They register sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers’ purchases. Moreover, a cashier resolves customer issues and answers questions as well as processes return transactions.
